The “PREMIUM” post box is an extension that allows for the delivery of parcels (up to a maximum size of 70x70x100 cm). These are accepted by our staff and stored for up to 72 hours—or, subject to a separate agreement, for up to 365 days. This PREMIUM upgrade includes the receipt and storage of the parcel for up to 72 hours, as well as a notification sent to the LINE or WhatsApp account you have provided to us.
You will be notified as soon as the parcel arrives.
A maximum of 3 notifications will be sent over the course of the first 2 days following arrival.

We accept no liability for the contents of any parcel or the accuracy of its declared details.
After the initial 72-hour storage period, a storage fee of 2 THB per day— calculated per 1,000 cubic centimeters—will be charged for each additional day (or part thereof), starting from the third day.

Example: 30 x 40 x 20 cm, per day = 24,000 cc = 48 THB per day Example: 60 x 90 x 40 cm, per day = 324,000 cc = 322 THB per day From the 10th day of storage onwards, the rate is reduced to 1 THB per day per 1,000 cc.

From the 30th day, the package will be moved to our off-site storage facility, as continued storage at the PREMIUM collection point is not permitted.
A one-time relocation fee of 490 THB applies.
From the 365th day, the package will be disposed of, and the order will be cancelled.

Any further liability is excluded under the PREMIUM agreement and must be confirmed in writing by the contracting party.
Any accrued storage costs will be claimed from the client through legal proceedings.
